Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead is a challenging and rewarding post with ample responsibility as well to prove to the management and an excellent growth plan.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Requirement Analysis, Design and Development Documentation following Quality processes.
- Scheduling, allocating, monitoring task allocated to the team.
- Should be capable of allocating the daily task to the team members.
- Managing Technical and coding issues and should complete the moduel/project before the specified time.
- Well versed with Change Management and Defect Tracking processes.
- Reporting to the Project Manager and assisting in Effort Estimation and Delivery Planning.
- Responsible for code delivery from the development team to the QA Team.
- Must be process oriented and well versed with SDLC processes and documentation.
