Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Requirement Analysis, Design and Development Documentation following Quality processes.
• Well versed with Change Management and Defect Tracking processes.
• Reporting to the Project Manager and assisting in Effort Estimation and Delivery Planning.
• Responsible for code delivery from the development team to the QA Team.
• Must be process oriented and well versed with SDLC processes and documentation.

Experience Required :

At least 1-2 years in a Sr Developer / Team Lead role.
An understanding of SDLC processes and documentation.
* A good working knowledge of Desktop and Web Technologies ASP.NET C#, SQL Server .
* Knowledge of XML, AJAX, Web 2.0 and emerging technologies is a bonus.

Desired :
Experience and Web Portals and Complex UI
Microsoft platform and deployment experience
Domain Experience in Travel, Utilities and Large Web Portals

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline but currently in a team lead role
• B.E. or B.Tech in any Descipline.
• BCA – Computers
• Diploma in - Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Engineering
